In the online recycling stage, the waste edge is lighter than the granular material, which will result in the uneven feeding of the screw.    Customers are the designated suppliers of Coca Cola and have high requirement for product quality. Therefore, they ask us to solve this problem.

Improvement for this requirement: 

We have tried four plans and finally add a small pre-melting screw. The wastagewill be semi-plasticized first, and then extruded into the extruder so as to achieve the even feeding pressure.

Customers’ problem was successfully solved and they purchased a new high-speed stretch film machine in the next year.
